Credits allows landlords to carry out applications, when you start an application you will select the tenants and the property they wish to move in to. You will then be asked to perform a credit check on each tenant at this stage you will be charged 1 credit. You will only user 1 per application no matter how many tenants added to that application (you may only have 4 tenants per application)
How do I buy Credits?
You may buy credits at any time from your landlord dashboard, simply log into your landlord account and select the "Credits" option from the menu on the left hand side.
You may purchase credits in groups of 1, 5, 10 or 25.
We recommend that you use the 25 credits option as this is the best value however if your application volume is less you may want to buy less it is entirely up to you.
Promotional Codes
If you have a promotional code from us this can be entered from the credits screen, click on the green "Promotional Code" button and enter the code you have been provided and click the "Check code" button.
If the code entered is valid then you will see a message stating the discount that has been provided
