The dashboard is the first screen that you will see after logging into OnBoard Pro, here you can create applications, tenants, add properties and see the outstanding tasks you have (if any)
The Menu Bar
On the left hand side you will see the main Menu or Navigation bar, from here you can access all the areas of the OnBoard Pro application easily.

At the top of the dashboard you will the the title bar, here you will see a quick overview of your applications

which can be changed to display per Week / Month / Year
Average monthly rental value
Average application duration
Average reference response time which
Average application success rate
Task List
The task list shows you what is outstanding on your current active applications, clicking the various options will allow you to quickly access the application that requires your attention.
Application Statistics
The application statistics shows you how your tenants are signing up, a breakdown of the tenants credit scores as well as a line graph showing your application volume month by month.
