Signing up as a tenant could not be easier, simply go to our sign up page at https://app.onboardpro.co.uk/signup and select the "Tenant" option.


Filling out your details

You will be taken to a form to input your details, make sure that the information you put in is as accurate as possible to ensure that any applications you make are as smooth as possible.


References

As a part of the OnBoard Pro application process we will ask for two references, normally these are from your employer and your previous landlord however if you are unable to provide these we will ask for a character reference instead. These references will be requested as soon as you sign up so they are ready for any tenancy applications you may make.


Unique ID Code

After you have entered your details and selected "Submit" you will be presented with your unique tenant code, this code is what you will need to give to your landlord or letting agent so they can find you.






Activating your Account

Now you have signed up you will need to verify your email address and set your password. You should have received an email with the activation link. If you have not received your activation email please check your junk / spam folders as it may be in there.

Once you click on "Login" in this email you will be taken to our site and asked to set your password. Given the information held in your account we recommend that you set a strong password. We require a minimum length of 6 characters but would advise using more. For a strong password us a mixture of upper and lower case characters and numbers.











Logging into your account

You may log into your account at any time to check on any current applications.

To log in go to https://app.onboardpro.co.uk/login and enter your email address and password you set when you signed up. You will then see your tenant dashboard that will show the status of any applications that have been made.
