The main person to see the application is you, the only time the tenant will see the actual application is when you hand over the tablet / laptop for them to sign the agreement after viewing the document. They will also consent to the credit check with you unless already done previously.
Our Support Team will have restricted access to your applications, where they can view but not edit any details. This is so they can follow you step by step in case you require any assistance during or after an application.
