Stripe is ideal for taking application fees, and with only a 2.4% + 20p charge per successful charge we believe this is best value for money. There are no monthly fees, no hidden costs, no refund fees, no contract, and no need for a card machine!
We expect most agents will still use original methods of payments such as cash or bank transfer especially for larger deposits and first months rent, however Stripe may be useful during the application fee process.
Stripe works on a rolling basis so a charge made on a Wednesday will be put into your bank the following Wednesday, and so on.
