After you have created your application our system automatically e-mails the Employer, Previous Landlord (if applicable) or Character References automatically, we would recommend you allow 24 hours and if still no response to select the 'Speedup Request' button on the application.
This will notify our Support Team to chase again, via e-mail again if no contact number, or to ring the relevant employer, landlord, character reference direct.
It is very important that you that the tenant has input the correct contact details to ensure the application runs smooth and efficiently.
It may take longer with larger employers such as the NHS, BT etc..
